These are labor rates only. Parts prices not included.

 

Tune Ups:

Tune-ups are recommended every 1,000-2,000 miles! This all depends on how hard you are on your cycle. A regular tune-up includes the following:

• True and Tension the Wheels
• Adjust All Bearing Surfaces Externally- Front and Rear Hubs, Bottom: Bracket and Headset
• Adjust Brakes and Gears
• Air the Tires
• Lubricate Chain and Cassette
• Wipe Down the Frame

Above with drive train cleaning $70.00

Overhauls:

Clean All Major Components In Our Industrial Parts Cleaner
Reassemble and Adjust All Major Components *Price does not include labor for suspension or hydraulics. *Price of bearings will vary depending on quality and type needed.

 

Major Overhaul:

Return Your Ride To allmost New Condition. Recommended Every 2,500 - 5,000 Miles. This all depends on the way you ride. The type of riding you do and the weather that you ride in.

Thoroughly detailed Cleaning of the Frame plus a very detailed cleaning of all the parts by hand in our Industrial Parts Cleaner.

Bike Parts Swap:

Swap parts from a complete bike to bare frame and fork $90.00*

 

Brakes:
Adjust Front or Rear Brakes $8.00 to $12.00 each.
Replacement of Cable $3.00 extra (cost of Std. cable)
Replacement of Housing $0.94 extra per foot .

 

Disc & Hydraulic Brakes:

Installation Setup & Bleeding $45.00 per Wheel.
Bleeding Only $20.00 per Wheel plus flued cost.
Pad Replacement $10.00 per Wheel plus pad cost.

 

Mechanical Disc Brakes:
Installation Setup $25.00 per Wheel
Pad Replacement $10.00 per Wheel
Replace and Adjust Cable $10.00

Derailleur Drivetrain:
Derailleur Adjustment $6.00 to $8.00
Derailleur Replacement $15.00
Replace cassette $3.00
